As it turned out, I spoke a little early. Had thunder, cool wind, but the rain turned away. If you are on Dead Timbers Road off Hwy 34, then I'm real close to you. Parts of the lake got good showers and there is still a chance, but I don't think you have any yet.

still not a drop here. At least the poison will have a chance to work. Looks like it's raining in the water shed right now. NOAA shows Alex city got about 1 1/2 inches.

North and central Alabama was covered in rain - but from the website lake level, seems as if it had zero impact. This entire situation is ridiculous.
