It doesn' t matter if a tsunami comes up the Alabama river the level will be at 487 by Sunday, I'm not complaining, I just hope they hold up the 483 winter deal. That means splash zone at Harbor Point has water year round.

Has the 483 winter level deal been written in stone? Or was it forum fodder?

483 Winter Variance was a temporary variance for last year and in order for APCo the raise the winter level above the current 480 rule curve they would have to go back to FERC for another temporary variance for this winter.

Are they releasing more water than the required amount?? It seems regardless of any rain the drop is steady.
