Is the "Lake Martin Fishing and Recreation Map" sold at the Maps link on this website a good choice for someone who has never boated on Lake Martin? Just don't want to get lost or grounded my first time out. Thanks

I dont know if there is a better one, but I keep one of these in the boat and another at the house. I find it to be just fine and mostly accurate.

Where are you, in the world? I am always interested to know where folks that are drawn to the lake are from. When will you be there?

You can find this map for sale in many of the small little stores around the lakes edge, but to make sure you have one you can order off line. Some of the maps sold around the lake are laminated. This is great for the life of the map if keeping it on the boat.
Notes: Bay Pine Marina on the map is no longer open. Pleasure Point Marina and River North are the only northern locations for fuel.
Check with others so you do not depend on locations for gas and find they do not exist.
