There will be more. Looks like it will be a tough next 5 months. It's not just restaurants either. There have been many builders, lighting stores, house framers, trim carpenters, plumbing companies, pest controls and on and on as well as the car dealerships and BANKS, many BANKS that have bankrupted.
I sure was hoping for some recovery before this winter set in but it looks like it will not happen. Most small businesses can't obtain the funds to carry them to April 2010 and some have given up and do not want to build any more debt.

Drove into Eclectic and saw that Ranchito Morin is opening a restuarant downtown. Very good at their place in Wetumpka.

is the Cactus Grill still open in Eclectic--we were frequent customers, but after the ownership change, it was horrible--went a couple of times after that , then just gave up--food & service were atrocious

waiting on one last permit and will then pick up food and open. told in the next couple of days if not tomorrow. i really like their fajita quesadilla's
