If you plan to dine at Frankie's, make sure to park in the upper lot next to the garages. The police were called in Friday night to start towing all vehicles in the lower lots that did not have a owner or visitor parking pass.
They are not drawing a crowd at all, I don't expect it to make it through the end of the month. We went by Friday night and it was pretty much dead, just a few peolple. They had parked in the lower lots reserved for the owners and the police were there to tell them to move to the upper lot next to the garages or be towed.
No parking for a restaurant; sounds like an Atlanta developer. Can't imagine why anyone would invest in a restaurant business under such circumstances. The rest of the development will probably fail shortly. Lovely gravel pit they dug on the water. Maybe this eyesore will serve as a reminder of what not to build.
Went there Saturday night - in the 1.5 hours I was there, there were only six other people. Burger was good but as noted, had to park in the upper lot and hike down. Would really like for them to make it but it's going to be tough.
