Maybe the Obama brain trust can come up with a better plan to help close some sale. I know they have the $8000 credit for first timers, but we need some fund to cover short sales and thus reward the seller.

My neighbors take a look at my place and think there should be a program called "Cash for Junkers"

...the number of active listings has broken through a technical support line and is in a downtrend..... That would be good news.

for buyers, I guess. I think only time will tell if that is just the normal seasonal drawback or a real affect on supply. If it is a supply shift then buyers should take note and act now.
