If this link works, you'll find a list of things 'To Do' in order to improve our country according to this writer.........what can you agree with, disagree with or what would you add to such a list?....... The rules for this exercise state that you must first agree or disagree with the list, debate only when someone has stated their opinion.......fair enough?.......I have no argument with any of his goals.........What say you?

additional goal I would add to the list..........no more tax cuts in the federal income tax area.......47% of wage earners now do not pay any fed income taxes........that's getting too close to creating a majority of people who will never support any kind of reasonable tax policy.........tax cuts need to address corp tax issues therefore getting manufacturing back to USA.........

Wondering where you saw that 47% oof workers don't pay tax?? Not debating, just would like to know where it came from?

Actually got it while staying at a Holiday Inn Express..........just kidding!! Have heard Neal Boortz (Atlanta radio host) say this several times, he first gave a 45% number in 2008 during the Prez debates discussion, and just this year he used the 47% number......you can google taxes and find a National Taxpayers Union for a source......it shows that in '07 the bottom 50% of wage earners paid only 2.89% of taxes.......and the Tax Policy Center of the Urban and Brookings Institutes (Who pays taxes?) states that nearley 47% of wage earners will owe no income tax......

According to the chart at one of the sites, it shows mostly people earning less than 30,000.
