We had two floating docks wash up in our slough this morning. We are on the west side of Willow Point. Looks like they may have floated from the Parker Creek area due to wind direction. One was a large wood floating dock and the other had white poles on the side appearing to be a boat docking pier. Both appear to be new. Email me if you are missing yours and I will give you the location.

I know you let a boat get away earlier, might want to check to make sure your dock is still there.

Thanks for checking, but....I have an older dock, it has been tied down for a few years now, is a bit rough on the edges, is a pill to keep up, and it definitely has not been visiting on the west shore of Willow Point. It did rise a bit, though, with the recent rains.

I do worry about my little jon boat, though, wondering if it might have a big Johnson on it now.

It is good that you keep your dock at home, it may be older, it may be rough, but at least you still get to enjoy it. I can understand that any wood lying around outside in the rain would swell, and I did stay inside also hoping for the same. Wishing you luck on locating the old jon boat and any new equipment that may be hanging off its transom.

Loose docks going into Willow Point? Scandalous....
