Depends on:

1. which building
2. does it include deeded access to a specific boat slip
3. is it furnished

And of course things like the condition of the unit, etc.

and another issue--financing a condo--basically limited to 75% [25% down] & project has to meet specific guidelines [# sold//closed//vacant//budget//, etc]

about $700 per month but you probably have to pay $1900 plus tax, insurance and CONDO FEES

Condo fees. Tired of hearing people put that down as if it were something dirty. Every figure out how much you pay for house upkeep? If you had a pool, yard maintenance, someone to clean up outside all the time, etc, you'd spend a lot more than condo fees.
Insurance? Only the insides and personal property for the condo owner.
Convenience to come and enjoy yourself without having to spend 1/2 your time taking care of the place. What's that worth?

That is only so very true. If you have a good board that views it's job as stewards of the assoc, it is usually a good community. Community is the key word, for that is what you are buying into. Its about like where we are in politics today. Clicks rule for Their agenda.
