I was cruising through the "big water" from the Dam to Kowaliga bridge Saturday night and found / hit a towable. I retrieved it to keep others from experiencing the same plight. Is it possible to put collars on these things or implant chips so that when some yahoo forgets to tie it off properly and it floats out and causes some damage we can find them. If not I guess I will be forced to get some of those really bright, annoying, Xenon Headlights for the front of my boat and leave them on all the time.

If you lost a towable and would like to describe it, you can certainly have it back.
