The Pretender in Chief will fall for this ruse!  Recall that the Muslims are adept at misinformation.  WE DO NOT KNOW THE REAL STORY.  That corruption reigns in an Afghanistani national bank is not surprising at all.  That an Afghanistani bank executive bought real-estate with depositors’ money and put the property in his name… who among you is surprised?  That the Afghanistanis should plead to the Great Sugar Daddy (AKA the Great Satan) for money to underwrite this corruption… oh, our idiot government will fall for that... and pay for that with OUR tax dollars.  Is this a guarantee or a bailout?  You know the answer.  What you don’t know is the real scheme to redistribute YOUR money to the pockets of sheiks.  The truth is known only in the tents where men hold hands while they bargain.
