They ride their motorcycles and mopeds that way in Italy, but not NEARLY that fast. Sometimes I think they create space where space doesn't exist.

I love the ambulances in Italy have a rack on the front to carry the wrecked scooters and motorcycles. Considering the way they all pile up at a red light and gun it when it turns green it is a wonder there aren't more wrecks.

As per Martini, please provide the evidence to back up your statement it is a "he" driving. I would suggest only a female would drive like that in traffic and she probably spends too much time in the morning with her make up and outfit selection for the day at the office.
