In fairness to the owners, you should cite some specifics. I have no reason to doubt you, but a negative review should provide some details. There are always, right or wrong, two sides.

Beware of Copper Beech Apartments if your kids are looking for a new place to live. They have a lot of glitz and appeal for what seems like a reasonable price, but watch out. Make sure you know what you are getting into with the lease concerning fee's, deposits, and who they will put where with separate leases. In my opinion, they are all about making a buck... (a lot of bucks) for the investment group and they care little (if any) about their tenants. My daughter lived there for about a year and a half and was miserable after a new manager took over (Summer 2010). After several negative experiences, we got her out. I wouldn't give a penny per month for my son to stay there when he starts at Auburn in the fall.

hmmm....dont know if this is appropriate......I have a condo for sale or rent in Auburn that my kids are done with. 3br/3bath. Not one of the new fancy ones, just a good solid place for 2 or 3 roommates. On the tiger line. Walking distance to campus. Just sayin.....
