In reply to lakegal who posted for a recommendation for DirecTV installer...I used Cable Busters of Dadeville and they are great!! They do both DISH and Directv and are very reliable and competent. They also advertise on this forum and have a link on the home page.... 825-9939

I agree that Cable Busters are good folks and do a quality installation...one caveot though; if you want a hookup without a long term contract, you will need to have Dish or Direct send their own installers. Cable Busters gets paid by the company for hooking you up with contract (typically 2 years).

I did not suspect you of having an interest in the company. I did remember a thread but did not remember the name "lakegal" so I did a search. The search turned up no thread and that is because the question was posited by "lakgal" not "lakegal"
