Ok....its a long shot,...
I'm looking to buy a small outboard motor (10-25 hp) for a 16 foot jon boat. I'm not a fixer-upper so I'd like it in working condition or at least not requiring a small fortune to get in good condition.

I have a Merc 20hp that needs some attention. I dont' really know what is wrong with it, but will look at it a little closer. I have heard of someone up in the Dadeville area that stocks several used outboards, but i can't remember the company. Call me at 334-657-4349. Steve

Almost forgot..... I have a 50hp Merc in PREMIUM conditin. About late 80s, early 90s model. But, it is not of the tiller handle style. I have the cables and steering assembly to go with it if you can use it. $1,300. :)Runs great.

I've got a 2006 Mercury 9.9 hp motor for sale. Its in perfect condition, cranks every time runs smooth you'd never know that its not new. Only been used in freshwater lakes. Like yourself I don't work on engines so I bought it brand new myself.

I'm actually selling it with a fully rigged jon boat/trailer. But if you'd rather use it on your Jon Boat then I could sell it separately.
