Located today on Dr. Williams' website is a link to an apology issued by Chuck MacNab, Editor and Publisher of one of the websites that published the fictitious piece with a link to RiteOn.org with an apology for publishing the fictitious article.

Someone fabricated a Walter Williams piece that the Messiah was a shoo-in for 2012. The whole strategy of the White House, leftists and the government media.....oops, already covered that under "leftists", is to attempt to create an aura of inevitability and invincibility for 2012. Idea is it will discourage the more viable GOP candidates from running if they don't think they can win, dampen conservative enthusiasm, etc. If we let that happen shame on us and woe to the country. Of course that begs the question as to why he needs to raise $1B for his hopefully failed reelection bid. We need to counter this nonsense. If the election were held today he would lose in a landslide. If conditions are not greatly improved in many areas he will be exceptionally vulnerable when it counts, the first Tuesday in November 2012. Interesting note, I have heard and read several pieces lately that Wall Street and the big business money on the left coast is abandoning him in droves. They took a hope on change and have come to the realization that what they have gotten is hopeless and change for the worse.

This is just the beginning of the mischief. I think the mantra between now and when the Messiah is sent on his Hate America Speaking Tour with the worthless one Jimmy Carter is "believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see".
