Some interesting flavors...from an "on the spoon" taste test it comes across as maybe a wee bit sweet, flavorful but not overly spicy, and some interesting aftertastes...garlic, onion, maybe others. Seems there is just a hint of worcestershire aroma, although that isn't listed in the ingredients
Will give it the acid test this weekend, mayb on some burgers, and as the final swab on a rack of ribs. We don't do too much chicken, and nothing goes on my peppertree steaks except maybe their gunpowder seasoning.
Will be interested in the experiences and opinions of other forum members...

I'm going to try to pick up a jar this week. I love BBQ sauce on just about everything (sometimes I even put it on steak, but not on really good steak).

I've known Mike for about 16 years....a very nice person.. a man of many skills and very creative....I now have 2 bottles of sauce and hope to try it out soon.

I bought one Saturday at the Rodeo Club. Will give it a shot this Sunday. Usually prefer a dry rub, so we'll see.
