See below a link to my most recent posting of waterfront real estate sales from Jan 1 - April 30, 2011.

It looks like 2011 will be another strong year (barring a big reversal in momentum) for waterfront home sales.

I was really surprised to see how strong waterfront lot sales are, the best since 2011.

As always I welcome comments, insights, and questions from the forum......

really interesting as 2010 was my best year ever for financing homes at lake martin; so far this year, it has been dismal; with the Banks pulling out , i am wondering where financing is getting done--maybe cash deals ?? my 30 yr rate is 4.50% & 15 year is 3.75% !!!!!!!!
