When Brown won in liberal Mass, there was joy on the Forum. But, the lambs are silent with the win by Democrat Kathy Hochul in a very conservative District in New York on Tuesday. The Right needs their own messiah to rescue them from sure defeat in 2012. Maybe, she will come to your rescue.

You mean come to OUR rescue, as in The United States of America? Those of us who are independent thinkers, but can manage our finances are NOT at all impressed with the way BOTH groups of idiots are spending OUR way into oblivion, with the Dumbacrates leading the charge.

GF, one who lives in glass houses should refrain from throwing stones. Considering the butt kicking Dems took in the fall of last year it doesn't surprise me that you all the sudden show up with a false glimmer of hope. The Dem trojan horse took away the votes necessary for the GOP candidate to win but more importantly, the Dem ran as a right wing nut job in order to win (with the exception of her Mdeiscare lies about the Ryan plan). That she will vote wrong on all the issues and lose the seat in 2012 is a total given. But I am more concerned about jobless claims back over 400k, unemployment rates headed back to 10%, gas prices through the roof, deficits as far as the eyes can see and the dollar nose diving and headed toward 3rd world status. You can focus on one false positive note if you want and I will see the bigger picture. Can't wait for 2012.

and don't forget GDP was "suppose to be" a weak 2.5% and came in even weaker 1.8% .... that used to be considered pretty much recession, now the dems celebrate such poor numbers. They used to blast GB for under 5% unemployment and the too many people we "under employed" .... now their policies deliver 10% unemployment and when it breaks under they are dancing in the streets. Under Bush and Clinton we had over 2, million annual housing starts ... like we did under Regan. Carter was at the bottom at 1 million .... now we have consistently been in the 400 to 500K for the last two years even with record low interest rates ... but Obama says that does not concern him ... even though housing has historically been a major employer.
