Edwards Indictment Expected Today
Criminal charges are likely to be filed today against John Edwards, the culmination of a two-year federal investigation into money used to cover up his extramarital affair during the 2008 presidential election.
Edwards' attorney Greg Craig was traveling to meet today with prosecutors in North Carolina, an indication that the former presidential candidate is likely to be charged, either in a grand jury indictment or in a negotiated charge to which he would plead guilty.

The indictment has taken place.............but GF is gonna need your source of info and await proof that JE is proven guilty of any of these felony charges and a DNA test to prove paternity of the love child that is at the heart of this issue............and last but not least..............it must be proven that JE is in fact a Dem before he can give his opinion on this matter. Because if JE is maybe a Repub, GF can hasten and expand his hanky panky report! :-}

Lets see. He misused money and lied. For that they want to send him to jail.
Former Pres. Clinton did what? Perjury to a Grand Jury and sex with an intern. No jail. Ah, he was disbarred. Almost forgot that. Course, lecture circuit etc probably had zero intentions of practicing law again anyways.
Which is worse?
Far as lying to investigators go, I'm all for it. Till such time as investigators,police etc must always tell the full truth, I cannot accept a person of interest etc being held to a different standard.

If he is guilty of stealing money from his campaign he needs to pay the piper. Does't matter which party. A thief is a thief. As to his love child just Arnold without steroids. Both of them of an embarrassment to their family, party, and society.
