We tried it last Sunday (picked up a bottle at Cathouse Saturday), and four out of four liked the flavor, one mentioned that he liked the mustard based sauces more than straight tomato. We put it on grilled pork chops, and had some on the side for dipping. I have a habit of spicing thinkgs up, so added a touch of hot sauce... I will buy more, and wish Mike success - I think it is about like the question of who makes the best fast food hamburger - depends on what YOU think. Oops, forgot to add - jes' sayin'...

I went Beam fishin' on my dock (I live in rural Prattville, and have a 6 acre farm pond) yesterday. The Bream are really fat, because they are fed by feeder twice a day. Anyway, I caught and filleted 25 of them. I fried the little fillets in my Fry Daddy for supper. I used "Mike Elliots" sauce for dipping. It was really good. Imma call it "Fishin Sauce". Cause I ain't tried it on the grill yet. Maybe I should fry some Bream up when Mike comes to cook at Cathouse. Just sayin'

I used it to grill burgers and hot dogs for 6 teens and two adults saturday. Was liked by all. In fact I only put it on half the burgers but it ended up on all of them. I am anxoius to eat more at Cathouse friday.

We also picked up a bottle at Cathouse on Saturday and did a blind taste test between Mike Elliotts and Billy Bobs. Most liked the Billy Bobs better, but said Mike's was good and maybe mix the 2 together and have a great sauce. I like Mike's as it had a little more bite than Billy Bobs. So next time I am going to cook with Billy Bobs and use Mike's as a dipping sauce.

All those years in skool did it fer me. You know I really don't like deliberate mispellings of business names like Kountry Korner...stuff like that. Too Korny for me I guess.
