give me some reviews on Harbor Docks (Anchor Bay). I have seen many boats there this summer so what's it like? Tired of Sinclairs and Chucks....want to try something else by boat.

Haven't been this year, so my review is based on last year. Food was just okay. I'm a dog lover, but there were far too many dogs hanging about the tables on the deck. Don't know if they have fixed that problem or not. But the servers were all great.

Depends on what you are looking for. I love it for lunch... a good burger, fries or wings. As far as a 5 star for supper.... probably not.

I go about once a week and get the grilled tuna in the salad format. It is good but I would not call it sushi grade.
The salad is tremendous. I skip the regular dressing and get wasabi for the fish and blue cheese for the salad.
You have to insist that the tuna be rare or it will be over cooked.
The crab claws are good if you like fried crab claws.
Jake the dog hangs out but is not a problem. Sometimes customers have their dogs that ride the boat with them.
I don't bring my dogs because one would dry hump all of the other dogs while the other pulled plates of the tables.
Caroline and Stephanie are great servers.
They are starting to serve pizza this week and will have both thick and thin crust.
Two groups of customer go there. One consists of mostly professional people with families. The other is a small group of rednecks who sometimes get in fights late at night.

Mrs Rooster and I ate there last Sat for lunch. Ordered dozen oysters each. Very small, $ 14 for each. Be sure to ask what the market price is on anything you order listed that way. I had grilled grouper and was very good. Wife had ccrab claws and again, very good. Waitres told us about the special of the day, 14 oz steak $ 22 or the seafood platter, 24.95. I asked what the regular price was, and the waitress said that is the regular price. Had a great conversation with her about that one. She was not the brightess bulb in the socket by far. Did order take out of the seafood platter to eat later at home, will not order that again. No way is it worth the money. Crab legs were small, stringey and just plain not good. Wife said tasted like been frozen, thawed and refrozen a few times. Stay away from them my friends. TERRIBLE!!! Because of heat, we ate inside, so dogs were not a problem. Have been in past. Wish the health dept would ban them. Sorry Chucks, but same for you on that one. Oh yeah, waitress took my wife's order, then walked away. I actually had to call her back over to give her my order. I am not kidding.

Agree..people who can drive up in the boat, have a meal and leave....then there are the others who come to drink, be loud, think they can party all night... fight in the parking lot, "reve"(?) up their engines before they leave at 2:30 A.M. on Sunday morning and the owners/managers of the establishment think it is OK. After all, food is not that great, but liquor is liquor and that is where the money is.. enough, it irritates the he....out of me.

great prices ... may have to try since i can not resist a bargin. I have never seen oysters less than $1.50 each.

Lake Martin Oyster Bar has $5/dozen oysters on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

great lake atmosphere. casual food---but, the grouper platter is good. someone always gets the burger and it is always very good.
Fantastic? No. Good laid back, relaxed lake place? Yes.
Will we continue to go periodically? Yep.
