1.  What percentage of the  boating deaths on Lake Martin for the last three years involved at least one pontoon boat?
2.  What percentage of the boating deaths on Lake Martin in the three years prior to the banning of go fast boats over 26 feet involved boats of the type which are now prohibited.

Why not ask questions so you'll get a real answer? Like How many accidents have occurred that were the fault of a pontoon boat or driver? Not sure but I think only the one last year; on it's way to trial soon, and seems to have been caused by a drunk driver. How many accidents have occurred that were the fault of a V-hull fiberglass boat that occurred when said boat was at fault? Seems there was a go-fast that ran over a pontoon boat July 4 about three years ago in the Blue Creek area. Hit and Run, I heard? Wasn't there a go-fast driven up into the woods a few years back, by some highly talented driver. How many accidents involved alcohol? Most, I'd bet.

That is exactly what I did.   Your questions can only get opinions, and for that matter opinions from persons who have not be qualified as experts.  Opinions for which no proper foundation has been laid.

I would like to remind you that contrary to what you hear in the media today,  The United States of America is still the best country in the world, with the best military, the best economy, the best schools, and the best system of justice.  And although sometimes it seems flawed,  the best government.

That system of justice provides for the accused to be presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. You would have us take the opinion of law enforcement as to cause and guilt.

I would prefer to have them just give me the facts and let me make my own judgement.

You really should read Erich Fromm, ESCAPE FROM FREEDOM.  Maybe if you took it to heart you would not be such a Little Hitler.
BTW Hitler only had one ball!!!

Don't ask a question you can't twist for your own benefit.  Facts are irrelevant.
