Sounds like I good plan. If it's anything like last years process we will still see a minus 10, but who know's?.....maybe FERC can actually get something done in under 3 weeks if the right guys keep poking. If they do, I'll lose that bet.

The article is a bit confusing. The Outlook refers to the elevations as mean sea level. The 483 elevation that Jim Crew refers to is Martin datum elevation.
