Way to go Oblamer!!  Now you have progressed from dissing America on your foreign trips to blaming Americans and calling us lazy.  Yes, nothing is his fault......its all our fault.  It must be quite a downer for him to lead such a country of slackers.  Oh, how does he stand it?!?!?

Our only hope is to send this worthless piece of garbage into permanent retirement.  There are plenty of America haters around the world that will pay him millions to trash us in speeches as they have grown weary of the worthless one Jimmy Carter and Clinton keeps hitting on their daughters.  The are really looking forward to the Messiah.  The sooner he gets there the better for this country.

I would think that you would agree with him. Y'all are always going on about entitlements and those that expect them. Isn't that laziness? The truth is that the US has lost it's edge in a lot of important areas. I certainly think our current generation, on the whole, is a lot lazier than our parents generation.

He must say that as blaming Bush for the first 2 years of his administration ultimately failed. Then, the Arab Spring(forgetting to mention the role he, his administration, his chitown neighbors and his buds at Google played), assigning blame to Mother Nature and the tsunami, the Europeans for mismanaging their economies, the Republicans for their failure to pass his unwritten jobs bill, followed by the greedy baz tids on Wall Street. The good news is that after blaming US citizens for his results, there is nothing left but his public sector unions, his failed stimulus, his regulatory over reach, his NLRB, his EPA, his FDA, his healthcare law, his credit downgrade, his profligate spending, his open borders policies, well, you get the point.

Most views are based on who you surround yourself with. For example zerO's administration is populated almost exclusively by easy money types, Wall Streeters, lobbyists, tax cheats, academics, and community agitators. It is easy to see why he thinks as he does. I imagine it is hard to leave all of those years at the center of the universe behind.

No, I would not agree with him.  The vast majority of Americans work although with Oblamer as the Teleprompter in Chief the number that don't goes up every day.  It is only a relatively small percentage that are total parasites.  And I don't blame the 50% that pay no federal taxes.  That's the law and they benefit.  I blame the scumbag Democrat politicians trying to create an entitled class so as to ensure continued votes.

But what he was saying was that Americans, and in particular the people that create jobs have gotten lazy.  Considering the guy never created a job in his life until he became el presidente it takes quite a bit of nerve for him to say this.  A company worked for had hired a former government official as President of one of its companies and he told me one day how incredibly hard it is to not only create a budget but also earn the revenue to pay for the employees.  He said he never knew how easy he had it in government.  They give him a budget and he just has to make the expenses fit.  He suddenly realized how much easier it was.

I think your conclusion is not only racist, but short sighted because it only includes African Americans and not the other ethnic minorities. That's the thing about racist comments -- the people who make them just dare anyone to call them on it, and then they try to attack that person. I don't believe in making sweeping generalizations about any group. Notice, I'm not calling you a racist.

Thanks for sharing the insight. Now I am confused. Is zerO saying that minorities are lazy because as their percent to total population grew, their contributions failed to keep pace with the growth or is he saying something else?

"Speaking to a group of CEOs this weekend President Barack Obama said the U.S. has "been a little bit lazy" about performing in the global marketplace.

We haven't been hungry enough about "selling America" oversees in order to attract new businesses and foreign investment, the president said.'

How that equate to blacks being lazy?

Wow, he may be right. The lazy old US is bigger than just Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina and Alabama, all of whom, with tremendous private/public partnerships worked tirelessly to secure foreign investment, producing JOBS. Successfully. What do they have in common? According to the NYT, and democrats, lousy schools, low taxes, poor healthcare, downtrodden minorities and an overabundance of rednecks. Oh, and Republican leadership at the state level. the zerO's only pitch for foreign investment was to the IOC. EPIC FAIL. Again, he is externalizing his issues.

You are quite an expert on racial demographics considering Idaho has a black population of 0.6% of total population while Alabama has 26% and Georgia 31%. Rather than worry about lazy blacks, you need to help Boise State recuit a kicker. Kind of embarrasing to be from Idaho after that loss to TCU. Maybe, you have too busy posting but they lost 36-35.

Typically cowardly GF approach.  Try to shift the conversation to something...anything...different.  To pick on a young man who was doing his best is pathetic.

Another typical GF post....try to change the subject by attacking something completely unrelated to the subject at hand.  You exhibit the traits of a coward.

Hodgiee, I missed your point. How does Obama's quote about gobal business suddenly relate to blacks being lazy? I would suggest  you read the entire thread and then respond how it became a racial issue.

You appear upset that Auburn got whipped 45-7 by Georgia yesterday. So much for being ranked 25th.Cheers

Just so y'all know. I'm not ignoring your explanation. I will have to go back and look more closely at your graph. My eyesight isn't what it used to be, particularly on the computer. But, I'm not a big fan of demographics, nor of statistics. It's very easy to manipulate numbers. And as I've said, I'm not a fan of over-generalization of "groups". H_Hob, for your constant references to my having worked it the Pentagon, there are others here who worked there as well. Out of my 32 years, I spent 5 years in the actual Pentagon. Now, considering you have never worked in the Pentagon at all, I don't know how you can comment -- but then, you've already demonstrated you love those sweeping generalizations, don't you? Keep in mind that all those Generals who are leading the war effort over in Afghanistan right now also worked at the Pentagon at some point in their careers too. I'm either going to take a break from this forum, or I'm going to update my ignore list. The discussions have taken a decided turn -- insulting Michelle Obama's derierre is a new low. I notice WW is not jumping into these discussions.

The Karma rating and ignore buttons aren't working for some of us. Maybe you will have better luck. As for the Mooch and her oversized can, I agree. We should be having less conversation about that hateful wench, but somehow, she just keeps pushing her way in.

So what does Oblamers quote have to do with either Boise State or Auburn football?  As for Auburn, I think those young men have already exceeded expectations and I am proud of them and their coaches to a man.  As for Boise State, I think your comment was a cheap shot.

What are you proud of? Which college football team do you support?  You know, in real life you may be a stand-up guy, but on this forum you exhibit the traits of a sniveling coward.

By the way, I am a Razorback but when I decided to live in Alabama of my own free will I was given a choice: Alabama or Auburn.  No problems there.

I followed the thread and knew you were responding to others.  In some of these convoluted threads it is hard sometimes to be sure just who you are responding to.  I get the "pleasure" of visiting Baltimore and Norfolk this week...be back Friday.  Ugh.  And, by they way, we were at our cabin this weekend and the weather was stupendous!

GF, here's the actual line instead of a quote from some branch of the Oblamer-friendly government media trying to cover for his shameless comments. “We’ve been a little bit lazy over the last couple of decades. We’ve kind of taken for granted — ‘Well, people would want to come here’ — and we aren’t out there hungry, selling America and trying to attract new businesses into America." I'm assuming by we he means the American people in general and the productive class in particular. What is a rational business decision in the midst of a horrible economy, rampant government regulation, uncertainty over the long-term impact of Obamacare and an out of control deficit equates to laziness by this worthless piece of garbage we have to call our President. To me it is a sickness and sickening that he blames the American people for the logical outcome of his failed economic policies. It has become abundantly obvious to me that he has the mental illness narcissism. That is a very dangerous mental illness and lets hope we can keep him in check as we get closer to the election because if it is apparent that he will lose I fear what he will do. We have already seen him openly supporting the occupy crowds that have now devolved into near chaos with rapes, murder, disease, violence against police officers, rampant drug use, etc. Will he try to take the country down with him? History teaches us that he might as we have seen with recent history with other narcissists like Ghadafi.

Next time provide the quote when you start a thread rather than when you end it. Or, is this typical of the"perfect" right to post out of context inorder to blame your president???????

My representation of what he said was entirely accurate. I only had to provide the actual quote when you quoted a source that misrepresented it. It frankly made me sick to my stomach to even type what Oblamer said and I would have preferred not to.
