As of sales reported through Oct. 31, the waterfront homes sold on the entire lake have equaled 2010. With several sales in the books already for November and ones scheduled for December, it's safe to say that we beat the prior year, again.

I can't stress enough how blessed Lake Martin is to have passed its real estate low. I talk to a lot of realtors in other second home markets around the nation and they are still dragging.

On a personal note, I would like to thank all of you forum folks for being a big part of our company's best year ever in real estate. Feeling very blessed by your referrals and support!

Your good year I think, is a result of your GREAT information you provide here, and other communications around Lake Martin. John, Great info. Can you update the number of waterfront homes for sale? Also, any type of price points for what has sold in 2011?
