My wife and I ate at Kas’s Corner Pizzeria in downtown Eclectic for the second time last night. First time it was the best pizza this side of New York and we didn't find out until after the meal that they have several specialties not on the regular menu. My wife had the lasagna and I had Italian sausage ravioli. It was fantastic and everything made from scratch! Also on the menu last night (but was sold out before we got there) was seafood ravioli. The owner did let me sample a spoonful of the sauce and it was probably the best thing I have ever tasted. He suggested I call ahead to see if it would be available, or if far enough in advance they would make it available. I surely will do that for the next visit. Anyway, if you want to enjoy fantastic food and very nice hosts may I suggest giving them a try? See the link below to read about the place.
