This is a pretty cool site. Did you know that there is about 3500 calories in a pound of fat?

Here's a good one that estimates your BMI

I was considering adding rip rap in front of the seawall, when did you want to start your exercise program?

That's pretty impressive rock work there.............and I don't mean to criticize...............but that water fall don't look cool........in fact it looks downright impaired   [[:-)

You are correct.....I'll work on more rocks tomorrow. Once I get the perimeter in (that may be a week or two), I will need to adjust the water flow there and over the falls to the lower pond. That requires special care and material to seal up gaps between the stacked stone in the proper places. I will also place the parimeter water plants at that time. For now, I have the discharge partially blocked by a stone for extra aeration.

You working too hard................I thought we'd get a beer offer to come over and help...........

I gave that up with my last rock project a few years ago....plenty of supervisors and beer drinkers, but no laborers. However, the offer is open to anyone who needs exercise and I always have plenty of beer.

The photo was too tight to tell where this water feature was in your yard..........standing on your dock looking toward your house where did you put it?

I have several photos on facebook; check them out. This is at the GA house and it's a refurbish job of a pond I built several years ago. At some point I'd like to build one in the driveway circle in Alabama.
