We have a black lab male puppy that wondered up two days ago. No collar with ID, just a choke collar. Appears to be about six months old. Real Island area, Morrison Road. (334) 857-2162.

I think the pup has found a great home. You really don't want to return this dog anyway. The owner didn't care enough to at least put a tag on it so chances are its life would not be so great.

Well I normally would, but Milo, my male yellow lab, and the new guy don't necessarily see things the same way. Looks like we will take him to the Elmore County Humane Society tomorrow and pay his adaption fee, so he is guaranteed a chance at finding a good home.

Why don't you consider K911, This place is just great, treats the dogs very well and is not like doggy jail. I'll bet your little fella will have a home from these guys in no time and its NO KILL!. Please check it out...

RR, when I was walking a few days ago a gray dog came up behing me...possibly some pit bull in him but a beautiful dog. He was dragging a fairly long leash which appeared to have broken...he appeared lost and had a sense of urgency about him...he went up on two different porches but quickly retreated...he appeared to be in good health but was desperately looking for something...was friendly when he approached me...just been on my mind since..wondered if you had seen him or knew anything about him...

No I didn't see him. You said leash do you mean a line? There's a couple 2 doors down from me in the gray house that connects a dog to an overhead line but I haven't seen a gray dog. Might check with him. Is the dog still around your house?...uh...how do you email off this dang thing?

...appeared to be a long leash but could have been used as a line...have not seen him since that time...just hoping that he found his home...to email, click on the yellow envelope to the right of name...thanks
