but that information is already bought and paid for by my accountants. The money my partner and I will shell out on April 15 would have created 6 high paying jobs that would generate more in tax dollars every year than my one-time payment. Such is the economic illiteracy of the left wing nuts and the insanity of our tax code. It happens every time its tried, raise tax rates and tax revenues go down and vice versa. But you then you can't use class envy to get the ignorant to vote for you could you? Really, not much to be proud of is it?

With all the talk about the tax codes, one has to wonder why the wing nuts on the right have never seriously addressed tax reform. Rather, they have fiddled with the rates while adding additional complexities and deductions for special interests.

In general I agree with you that the tax code is a bipartisan problem. There have been some notable pushes to significantly alter the tax code and there has been one consistent theme from Dems - wild accusations and strong opposition. Sadly, far too many from the GOP are either cowed into silence or also voice opposition. Changing the tax code has to be a bipartisan process or we end up getting what we got with Obamacare.....
