The first testicular guard, the "Cup," was used in Hockey in 1874 and the first helmet was used in 1974. That means it only took 100 years for men to realize that their brain is also important. Both occurred under Republican presidents which reinforces the fact that Republican are the party of males.

I'm glad you asked. The Republican President in 1874 was Grant. However, the President at the time of the 1974 change is more difficult to determine. You will recall that your Republican President Tricky Dick Nixon resigned in 1974 as a result of the less than honest ethical behavior we "never" expect from a Republican and was replaced by Gerald Ford. I suspect it was during Ford's time since he was a former football player. Sorry I left this out from the original post. It's getting rather late and you need to get some sleep so you can be sharp tomorrow. Producers can't slack off as my entitlements depend on your continued hard work. Thanks for all your efforts.

Still not sure I get the point of the post but thanks for the history lesson......I guess........ As for your comment about getting plenty of sleep fear not....I get what I need in order to carry the load for the leeches in society.
