Deckhand and I left the dock late this morning (7 a.m.) but still managed to catch 20 channel cats from 1 to 4 pounds. We used worms and fished about 16 feet deep. Fish fry tonight!

Coosaman, what is the significance of eggs this time of year in those fish? Does it mean anything with regard to the fishing? Just curious.

Not for regular fishing or for juggin, but I like to go noodling and it is centered around the breeding season. The fish in North Alabama are done by this time of the year I was just curious if the fish on LM were a little later.
