Please find the below request from a Dock Watch member:
Randy & I rescued this dog this afternoon. He was swimming in the lake and on his last breath. He is a black male lab with a camo collar. He was about a mile from lock 4, in Riverside. We went to several houses around there and no one recognized him. He rode back with us on wave runner to our house. I have posted this on a Logan Martin Facebook page but hoping anyone in pell city that I am friends with will repost. I know someone is probably very upset that their dog is missing. He is a very smart dog. He is being well taken care of. My boys have already given him a name and made him a bed! The problem is we can not keep this dog! So please help me find his owner!

Just curious to know what happened to the dog. I wish I could have taken him but, like you, I couldn't. He looked like a great dog and I'll bet he was trying to catch up with his owner who left in a boat, Am I right on that?
