...just a question...lately, I have noticed certain key words in a post being double underlined and in blue color...when I place my arrow over the word, there is a pop-up ad that loads...is this as it  should be or do I have some malware on my  'puter?....thanks

Malware would be my guess, as I have not nor do I see such - but I use Chrome and Mozilla. Time for a Summer Cleaning I would suspect.

Thanks, Mav....I had downloaded Mozilla a few days ago so that I could get on flagshipgis (Tallapoosa Co. property tax site)...but was still using Explorer when I stupidly went to a casino site..whatever they did slipped right by Norton and messed up me 'puter...I am now using Mozilla as my default  browser and my problems have gone away...until a new batch arrives...Thanks!

It sounds like you have unknowingly installed a browser plugin or toolbar that changes text within a web page to hyperlinks. This is not necessarily malware, but a monitization method for whomever's software you installed. Think about what you may have installed before this started. You should be seeing similar hyperlinks on other websites as well. The hyperlinks are added on your browser client, not on the website for everyone to see.
