Those people that are too cheap to build proper docks,lifts, etc. or buy the property that suits their purpose, also seem to be the ones who want legal advice form the Marine Police.

If you want to know how to get a "NO WAKE" zone, hire a lawyer to find out how. He can research and discover what the criteria are that require the proper authorities to permit the placement of the necessary markers.

SPEND YOUR CHILDREN'S INHERITANCE. COME OFF THAT POCKETBOOK.

BUILD A GOOD DOCK OR BOAT HOUSE, HIRE A LAWYER. BUY A BETTER LOT.

DON'T TRY TO MAKE YOUR CHEAPNESS THE WORLDS PROBLEM.

The nursing home is going to get your money in the end anyway. I am sure you are too cheap to hire an elder planner.
