Add to this that, many of those who refuse or are unable to prove they are citizens, will receive free insurance paid for by those who are.

In 1986, EMTALA which provides emergency coverage for ALL...citizens and illegals was signed into law by the hero of the right, Pres Reagan. So, don't give me that BS about liberals and illegals getting free coverage.

When the law was passed in 1986, it applied to emergency treatment only. Bad enough, but necessary to prevent hospitals from dumping their non-paying patients on large city/county hospitals. Liberals, in their never ending quest to buy votes morphed the law with amendments and edicts to provide care for all comers and for routine treatments. About 55% of ER care is non-pay, thanks to your party's vote buying efforts. About 20% of a hospital's care is cost shifted to taxpayers and insured patients, thanks to you folks. oBAMAcare now plans to move the scourge of the earth (democrats) from the ER into your doctor's waiting room Goofy, don't you get tired of being wrong all the time.

Reagan signed the bill to provide illegals coverage in the ER and changing the subject to blame liberals is once again BS. It has nothing to do with Obamacare as illegals are not covered.

Here we go in VVEERRYY simple language 1. I said illegals go sit in the ER for healthcare. 2. You Blamed it on Reagan. 3. I explained that the 1986 law only provided EMERGENCY ER Care. 4. But, the liberals (your ilk) amended and corrupted the 1986 law to include all routine services, which is the problem today, to buy votes. 5.
