Can you help me again. I read this and realize it just another poll and the results are probably hurricane related. But, it is Rasmussen and likely voters. Monday, August 27, 2012 The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows President Obama attracting support from 47% of voters nationwide, while Mitt Romney earns 44% of the vote. Four percent (4%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.

As I have said from the outset GF, this is a very close race and TOTUS has all the advantages of incumbency and the government media clearly on his side. Of course you realize this is likely within the margin of error so it could be dead even or TOTUS up by 7%. Rasmussen also favors Oblamer in the electoral college although both he and Romney are dead even in the safe category but he has a pretty good edge in the likely and leans category. I would temper your enthusiasm though. The Messiah and his minions have been spending more than they have taken in on negative campaigning and Romney/Ryan haven't even gotten started. If I were you (and I can assure you I do not want to be you) I would not take a whole lot of comfort in these numbers. But unlike others I am not counting my chickens before they hatch despite my strong desire to send this incompetent piece of garbage packing.

Hope you and your loser are together on this. Wouldn't want you to support an abortion supporting candidate. "My position has been clear throughout this campaign," Romney said. "I'm in favor of abortion being legal in the case of rape and incest, and the health and life of the mother."

Are you proud to support a candidate that thinks it is perfectly fine to kill an innocent human life, including partial birth abortions and late stage abortions ... yet is against the death penalty for criminals that kill others.   Does that make perfect sense to you?   Do you not value innocent life?  Do you feel a woman has the right to kill a human life that she participated in creating?   Don't throw the rape argument since most people do support abortion in the case of rape.

And seriously ... this is not the country's most pressing issue or a proposal on the table that needs debate ... it is just another distraction to try to get people to focus on something other than Obama's failures.

Of course if you are so confident that Oblamer will be reelected, how about a wager ... anything you would like.

How many votes has Obama received for his budget proposal in the senate?  I'll help you ... ZERO ... not even one democrat.   How many votes did Ryan's budget get?  That is your homework ... go look it up.   Democrats like the Ryan plan way more than the Oblamer plan.

of 11 swing states, Oblamer is ahead in 4, romeny up in 7 ... that spells an Oblamer loss.

Who exactly is my "loser"? You lost me on that one. As for Romney's stance on abortion I have two quick thoughts. First, with the economy tanking once again I am much more interested in what the next POTUS will do to correct the serial errors of TOTUS than I am about his stance on abortion. But even more to the point, if I had to choose between a candidate that votes for infanticide versus one that believes in the rape exception......well, duh! I am taking the significantly lesser of the two evils. You see GF, that's what adults do when they are faced with an absolutely awful choice and an imperfect choice. Really, Americans care about truly important things and not these social red herrings. But again, if I supported a worthless, loser Jimmy Carter II who has nothing positive to run on I guess I too would want to change the subject.

when surveyed what was most important in this election and would impact their vote ... 54% said the economy, 27% said national debt and spending, and only 13% said social issues.

As usual, Oblamer is focused on the wrong thing ... that is why we are in the mess we are.
