Can anyone recommend an architect to design an add on to a 850 sq ft cabin.Looking for a local with a good a good track record on the lake at a reasonable price, Thanks

I highly recommend Bryan Jones, at Jones Pierce Architects, he is awesome. He has done a lot of work on Lake Martin, and gets it. Below is a link to the home he did at Lot 2, Waters Edge. He took over the design of the home after the slab was already poured, but I think he more than salvaged it - and made it into a really cool lake home. You can see the videos of the home tour, and also 2 interviews where he explains the inside and outside. The home is no longer for sale (not his fault) but I think it provides a great insight to how he works. Bryan's office # is 404.688.1050

When we go to our place there are cars there sometimes but we can't tell if it has sold or if the people next door are using their driveway and property.

I don't know if that home sold on Water's Edge or not. I know that it did not sell at Aliant's auction that day because they did not accept the highest bid. If not, it's a shame because it's a cool home in what I still think could be a really great development on the lake.
