Strikingly similar to life in Cuba, apparently 1 in 3 citizens in the people's paradise of Illinois live near or below the poverty line. I suppose the only silver lining is if they get too despondent about their misfortune of living in a state run by Democrats they can always take a walk through the gun control paradise of Chicago and join the other 500 shot dead by a gun every year.

Has ever been "shot dead by a gun"... I understand what you mean, but we all need to watch what we say, lest the anti-citizens (pro-gun control crowd) point and laugh. If we would decrease the give-away program benefits, perhaps some of the urban murderers would have to spend some time at a job instead of wandering the street doing drugs and getting into trouble...

On your toes is acceptable as far as speech is concerned - just remember to stay on the balls of your feet when you start drills with the AR - you want to remain readily mobile but stable.

With the price and lack of availability of ammo, I now practice by yelling BANG as I move around the course with my AR. After every 10 yells I have to take a drink to keep my throat moist, or if in New York after every 7. :-)
