As mentioned earlier on this forum, I have been working on the year end numbers for 2012. Lake Martin came out quite rosy as compared to other markets.
It was the second best year on record, losing out only to 2005. 239 homes were sold on the water in '12. That's a 15% gain over the year of '11, counting all agents, all brokerages.
Personally, we at Lake Martin Voice Realty were blessed to have our best year ever, beating 2011 handily, which was, up to that point, our best year ever. We have many people to thank for that, not least of all the good folks on this forum. You all have been a constant source of referrals and we really appreciate that. Please let me know if I can reciprocate in any way.
