No worries, contact the Obama administration, you are entitled to free carpet stretching once a year under one of his new programs to create jobs, assuming you qualify. Qualifications are similar to those for a free cell phone, a snap card, SS disability, subsidized rent, 99 weeks extended unemployment, baby subsidized ... he figured, what the heck, lets throw in carpet stretching too.
Send fish the bill, he will cover the cost, he believes the government should take care of everyone's needs that does not want to work or wasted their life away with no education or recreational drugs, and think for them too. It is hard working peoples fault they are in that position, so we all need to pay our fair share to expand programs to spread the wealth so they do not feel like the losers they are.
That is why fishy loves Obama so much, he does not have to look in the mirror any more and admit to himself that he is a loser.
