Was very happy to hear that the JD is appealing the outrageous ruling by a judge telling the FDA they must make the morning after pill available over the counter and to 15 year old kids. This is what you get with liberal, activist judges. I saw a show where they produced the list of health warnings for this product and it was not pretty. And to listen to the monsters at Planned Parenthood couching this in terms of "women's health". I'm sorry, but when it comes to a decision like that a doctor familiar with the health issues and the potential adverse side effects of these pills should be advising a woman. And to leave that decision to a 15 year old is simply outrageous, especially when you look at how schools react to kids that want to take Advil.
As RG3 said, this country is being killed by political correctness........women's health indeed.......

No, I do not approve of this pill because it is a contraceptive/potential abortifacient. The actual medication in my view is a secondary issue, albeit also very important. What I am also concerned about is a liberal, activist judge basically saying to the FDA, doctors and parents, "Go screw yourself, the state (in this case the judicial) knows better". This is merely a symptom of a much bigger evil.
But my point in posting, in the interest of being fair and balanced, is that the JD is doing the right thing in appealing this stupid decision. That it involves a contraceptive is in my view all the more commendable given TOTUS and his g_d bless planned parenthood. I hope they don't let politics get in the way of a singularly reasonable appeal of a bad decision.

You argue like a damn liberal. You are more concerned with the court than the pill itself. Give us a break and argue some logic. You do much better arguing the effect of a dip in the weekly job report than important social issues.
