The music may be fine but who wants to sit in a dirty place. After this week enough is enough.

The hostess took us inside to a table, put the menu down and said our server would be with us. I pulled out two chairs - one with a puddle on the seat and one with food on the seat. The hostess looked at the seats and started to leave. We asked for another table and pulled out the seats one of which had food on it. She put the menu's down and I cleaned the one seat and put the paper towels on the table where the servers stand. Meanwhile the hostess sat another couple on the dirty seats and left. Obviously she didn't care. The dirty towels remained on our table until we finished our meal and left.

While we were there someone came in with a dog but decided to eat outside. No one seemed to care about this either.

I, for one, will be very curious to know if firefighter takes you up on the offer to make it right of if he is merely attempting to sabotage your business for whatever reason. No person or business can be 100%, 100% of the time. Professionalism is when one takes criticism and learns from it. I haven't been to your place yet, but I can assure you I will be soon.

As an owner/operator of many businesses past and present I always subscribed to the adage that if you have a pleasant experience please tell everyone, if you didn't please tell me.

We dine there often and never seem to have problems. I'm not saying problrms can't happen at Harbor Docks, but I'm totally confident that Chris will address them promptly if they ever do.....The food is very good. Some of the servers need a little more experience, but I've never had one that wasn't trying hard to do a good job.
