Ending a Verizon contract, and going prepaid, I think. I looked/talked to PagePlus and that looked good, but our data usage falls between 250MB per month and the next level, which is 2 Gig is overkill.
Still, from what I can understand, for our situation per line:
1200 minutes voice
3000 Texts (geesh, does anybody really??)
250MB data plus 20 cents per MB over that max (not bad)
$29.95 and bring your own Verizon qualified phone. Keep number.
Beats the hell out of our present Verizon price with one smartphone and one dumbphone(flip), and paying extra for texts(@$115 per month incl. taxes) . Beats StraightTalk too.
If only it covers the Lake Martin area like a heavy blanket???

Its perfect. I can prove it. Pick me up at my place near the riverbridge and ride me all over the lake. We will stop at each area and I will fish off YOUR boat while you make calls....

   Thursday myself and four others road to Lock & Dam near Whitehall / Selma Alabama and guess what? I was the only one with good cell coverage. They ended up using my phone to make calls out...
