remember, ACRE quotes statistics from the entire area, off and on water. There is absolutely NO evidence that prices are down on water nor any sort of percent sales price to list price decreasing trend.

if I could find "average" lake homes for the "average" price they are quoting, I'd buy a half dozen of them....
