Was there this morning and all of a sudden homeland security shows up in massive force and shuts down and arrests many vendors selling nock off handbags,cell phone covers sport hats etc.A hellicoptor was circulating the area the whlole time.Theese cops were dressed with bullet proof vests and all were heavy armored with lots of weapons.Quite inteeresting to witness.

Obviously a misapplication of authority. If they really are concerned about patent infringement they should do like Italy and form an enforcement body known as the " financial police". It is certainly not a homeland security threat. I have a great deal of trouble with what they did. If they truly want to stop the selling of counterfeit goods one or two plain clothes officers would be sufficient. Word would get out and the scofflaws would disappear from Santuck. Using armed storm troopers for such a nonviolent crime is way wrong.

Obama administration has morphed the Department of Homeland Security into a nascent SS…
a “national police force.” This is EXACTLY
what Obama publically said he wanted. The raid on the flea market was Obama’s national police
force showing its teeth. Now you are
aware of the federal government’s (this administration’s) power to reach out
and touch you. Such force combined with
the new ObamaCare data hub…
“We the People” have been had. During this administration, we have seen both
the federal government AND private citizens hoarding firearms and ammunition.

Considering the Declaration of Independence… and in
particular Article 5. and the 2nd Amendment of The Constitution, we see that the founding fathers, having
experience with such, had the foresight to provide remedies for scurrilous, oppressive,
and over reaching government.
It is hoped that the governors will exercise
Article 5… before the cure is chaotically effected by the 2nd
Amendment.
