Would like to get everyones feedback if they think if we stayed open on Friday and Saturday's if we could get some local support . We were thinking if doing All You Can Eat Catfish on Fridays and Like $.50 cent Wings On Saturdays durring the games .
Any other suggestions would be welcomed ..

We would certainly love to have a 'go to' place on the lake for the cooler season! Deli sandwiches/wings would be terrific for games; everyone loves catfish....so long as you have something on the lighter side for some of us:). Glad yall are thinking outside the box!

Make it simple with staff and food to start with. As the locals come out and business grows, adjust for the needs so you can make a good profit. Lakers and locals need something for sure as all the others have closed from a lack of consistence. The No.1 complaint in the restaurant world. All you can eat Catfish, .50 wings w/min of 10-12 on first order, Hamburger steak, BLT, Chips and Queso, Hotdogs and cheeseburgers w/fries should be a hit. Niffer's does $1.50 domestic, $2.00 premium beer. BTW, not trying to price your menu. You'll never know until you give it a try! I'll support ya and spread the word. There's an ole saying: The "KISS" method, keep it simple stupid. With your talent Chris, how could it not be a success? .25's make $1.00's, $'s make $5's, makes $10's etc. Good Luck!

We would definitely like to have a place to go to on Saturdays during the cooler season. If I can talk the missus into driving I would also enjoy wings and cold beers on game days. I would think a sign on hwy 229 pointing the way and with your open days/times would help catch the traffic better too. Maybe Darryl (the house across from Eagle with the swimming pool) will let you put one up across from Castaway Road.

But you should have one price maybe $10-15 for the whole game. That would cover the game and food buffet, that could include wings, hotdogs, and tamales. You could make them really salty, then sell beer. $1-Cheap beer $2-Good beer and $3 for Mexican Beer or Margaritas.
You could have Corn Hole and ladder ball, and waitress dressed in cheerleader costumes jumping on a trampoline, when they are not serving beer.
