What if you were suffering from depression? What if you are a combat veteran suffering from PTSD? What if you are a soccer mom seeking help for anxiety? What if you are anorexic or bulimic?  What if you’ve had thoughts of suicide?  If you knew that your sessions with a psychologist/ psychiatrist were being monitored by the HHS, would you entrust your most personal situation… your diagnosis… to the snooping of “third parties” as determined by unvetted “navigators” operating an uncertified “data hub” with yet to be determined security problems?

Clear violation of the 4th Amendment.

If I was considering getting professional help for mental health issues, this would be the tie-breaker. I would not go to a professional’s office. I could not afford cash for discrete, off the record, counseling services. I would just suffer… and so also would my family.

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) should include voting liberal as a mental disorder - “one who votes against his own best interests.”

Probable cause: Joe Shmedlap has been diagnosed with anxiety issues (HHS medical data base). Joe Shmedlap has (at one time) applied for a weapons purchase background check  (NICS)

Action: Take a SWAT team to his house. Search for and confiscate any and all firearms.
