So they catch us napping on 9/11, and we react as Americans do, circle our wagons and neutralize the threat. So what do the cowards do? Prey on innocent people in countries too poor or undeveloped to have an effective deterrent. Kenya, and now Nigeria. If anything, those two atrocities should strengthen our resolve to send them all to Allah with a bacon wrapped bullet through their heart.

Happened in the mall shooting. To your point, these guys don't want to go anywhere near people that can defend themselves. Hence they will always prefer the gun free zones like malls, colleges, etc. Their mission is murder and mayhem and not getting themselves killed before they can do so. They are indeed cowards, hacking off heads, shooting kneeling men in the back of the head and so on......gutless and evil.
As Norman Swarzkopf said when asked by some dumb reporter how you defeat an enemy that is willing to die for their cause, "You accommodate them.......in large numbers". It seems that today we have far too few of his type of commander and too many worried about gender equality, diversity, looking good to the press and their next promotion.

I told my son on his first tour to Iraq to have his guys sit on the front porch greasing their bullets with pork fat. He said that he wishes he could but the army won't allow it.
It's a hell of a note when we can't exploit an enemy's weakness for fear of offending them! Nice little terrorist. We will shoot you with a nice clean bullet so you can get your 73. Madness!!! My grandfather carried his Krag all over the Philippines fighting the Moros (Muslims). They were nuts to. They will never change. General Pershing had the right idea.
