‘scuse me! The NPS changed an “open access” to “closed access” for the purpose of making a political statement about the “slimdown”?

I will be more than happy to cut my hair and put on my uniform to accompany any sponsored group of veterans who wish to visit DC’s open air veterans’ memorials (WWII, Korea, Viet Nam etc.)  I can help move barricades. I have NEVER been arrested before… it would be my pleasure and my duty to make this my first.
